From Frustration to Praise

K Team, I am excited about how God is now making sense of my frustration. I now understand that frustration is just a vehicle that God uses to provoke us to move out into the vision that He has for us. The process many times does not make sense, but if we understand the power of our faith and the power of our ability to PRAISE HIM IN ADVANCE we can turn frustration into a powerful thing. Remember the danger of frustration is that it can turn into discouragement, but if we encourage ourselves in the Lord and make up our minds to praise God despite what we see, we confuse the enemy, create a confidence in our spirits and gain the ear of our heavenly Father.

This week as you pray, take some time to defiantly praise the God of your salvation for He is great and worthy to be glorified.

Blessings!

Striking the Ground with Passion

Our journey toward God's increase can be a challenging one. Many times we find ourselves overwhelmed with adversity while trying to keep a positive attitude. Trusting God can sometime lead us to more questions and uncertainty. But if we look at God's record in our lives, we can be confident that he is going to work all things out for good. Many times, He is waiting on us to show a passionate faith and confidence that if God be for us, that is more than the world against us.

In 2 Kings 13, the dying prophet Elisha expressed frustration that Israel's king, who wielded an arrow as a token of God's supernatural delivering power, only used it passively instead of passionately. The king struck the ground 3 times when he should have struck it several times to show his passionate desire for God to move on behalf of his people. As kings and priests in the world today, God wants us to passionately pray and war in the Spirit to see His hand move supernaturally. There are doors that only God can open. There are things that need to be done that only our passionate prayers can do. Please join me in reigniting a fire in our prayer closets and I guarantee the results will be encouraging and right on time. Strike the ground and pray with excitement and passion and watch GOD MOVE!!!!!!

Trusting God beyond what we see

One of the cliches of our faith that we hear many times is "We walk by faith and NOT by sight". Although this is a truth for us all to appreciate, I often find myself struggling with what I see when it comes to making spiritual decisions. I can see that I don't have enough money for something I believe God is wanting to bless me with. I can see that the resources that I do have are not enough for the work that God is requiring of me.

There are other challenges that we all face in life that require us to go beyond what we see and trust God despite what we see. What I have learned however, is that true faith causes us to see things the way the God wants us to see them and we begin to trust God because we can really SEE what he is up to. This is what makes prayer so powerful. Prayer does not change God, it changes us! Prayer causes our vision to become different so that we can see what God is up to and join him in it. My prayer for us all this week is that our perception grow to a point where we can see things the way God sees them and trust him in the process of His work in our lives.

I am looking forward to testimonies of INCREASE, not just based on actual manifestations, but increase because our perceptions have changed and we see things they way God sees them.
